Ingrowing - Cloned & Enforced

It was the last but not least full length studio album from Czech's grindcore leading act - Ingrowing that released in 2006 under Obscene production in CD format. The band are skilled in creating an effective contrast between highly contagious groove-viruses and volatile, headache-inducing blast substances, rapidly lunging from a persistence of malformed, semi-melodies to boisterous, grunty beatdowns, adding many a jarring, scream-laden outburst. Ingrowing are not the most intricate band around, they don't even have multi-faceted structures or pompous solos in their music; but I'm sure they never wanted to be those things anyway, they create aggressive music for aggressive maniacs while blending different genres, adding passages and a lot of unmarked elements; and that's actually what I like the most about them. I totally love the guitar sound, it's raw, incisive and always comes across totally clear, with some tight-as-fuck riffing that'll just shred you apart, there's a really awesome catchy thrashiness to it too... Guitars are rather high tuned, and a few songs also have some few death metal flavored melodic threads but overall it always keeps a steady grinding direction and an ultra-fast pace.
Before hearing 'Cloned & Enforced', I had acquired their 'Cyberspace' debut, and was also familiar with the follow-up, 'Suicide Binary Reflections'. I always enjoy listening to 'Cyberspace', what with its surrealistic spatial-anomalous concept, 'less gore is more' approach and remarkable catchiness, so of course I was keen to hear their latest opus. This becomes more convincing due to its forward-thinking nature and innovations, keeping any Gore references refreshingly infinitesimal rather than threshing 'n' intestinal. All in all, awesome cd, loads of great songs, tons of speed and some really awesome riffs...
